How To Stand Out as an Expert Witness Add Value and Operate Differently

𝗬𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 ...

"𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘰 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵?"

My reply:

• I'm visible
• I'm responsive
• I'm easy to contact
• I offer infinite free consultations
• I provide referrals to other experts (free of charge)
• 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 (based on frequent repeat clients)

But none of this was intended to be self-promoting

It was simply highlighting the differences

Compared to other expert witness physicians who

• Are in-visible
• Are difficult to reach
• Nickel and dime their clients
• Aren't responsive to calls or emails
• Do shoddy work (I've read those depositions🤮)

Then, that fellow physician

Proceeded to tell me

"I can't do that"

To which I replied, "𝙄'𝙢 𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙮, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪"

𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙪𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙?
